Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role in the United States. You will set the long-term technology strategy for People and Community, oversee HRIS platforms (Workday), and lead analytics and employee listening initiatives to inform senior leadership.

Seeking a results-driven leader with 10+ years’ experience, strong governance skills, and a passion for human-centered AI and data-driven decisions. Remote-first culture with national scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience including leadership of teams or large programs.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday and integration experience.
• Experience in HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and data quality.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, security, and policy requirements within HR systems.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year HR technology strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners for enterprise investments.
• Represent HR tech in enterprise forums to influence decisions on data, AI, and security.
• Build and develop the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness for HR systems and data.
