Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the trade relations team, negotiating distribution and procurement contracts with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers to secure access and favorable pricing for payers and patients.

You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and external partners, develop strategies for limited distribution medications, and report on program performance to drive Lumicera's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in state of residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharma.
• 5+ years contract negotiation experience, with specialty pharmacy focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
• Develop strategies for clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
