Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer partnerships, contract negotiations, and access strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals.

You will oversee the clinical drug pipeline, support RFIs/RFPs, manage pricing and discounts, and ensure compliant, competitive contracts while collaborating with legal, compliance, and external partners.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license in residence or eligibility for reciprocity.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management.
• Knowledge of REMS and Limited Distribution Drug practices.
• Compliance participation and cooperative interaction with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the trade relations team.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop manufacturer strategies aligned with clinical disease states and formulary.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and opportunities for RFIs/RFPs.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and negotiate related terms.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements, ensuring compliance per policy.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and identify program opportunities.
• Represent Lumicera at industry groups and business reviews.
• Ensure reporting capabilities and periodic leadership updates.
