Job summary

DNV GL USA, INC. is expanding its ICT delivery and technical operations for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services across North America. The Senior Manager leads the delivery organization, drives client satisfaction, and ensures delivery quality, governance, and efficiency.

You will manage auditors, technical experts, and project managers, building a scalable, high-performing team while aligning resources with client demand and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ICT delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance standards.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Ability to scale and optimize delivery operations across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality and client satisfaction.
• Provide governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services across multiple sites and clients.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, project managers, and technical experts.
• Establish clear expectations for performance, competence, delivery quality, and customer experience.
