Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America seeks a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead delivery and client satisfaction across North America. This remote role oversees the ICT delivery organization, audits, and service quality for ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards.

You will drive capacity, governance, and scalable processes while collaborating with auditors, technical experts, and project managers to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, delivery consistency, client-facing execution, client satisfaction, and timely completion of commitments.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, including ISO/IEC 42001, 27701, 27017, 27018, and TISAX; oversee audit quality, reviews, nonconformities, and certification recommendations.
• Lead and directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, technical experts, project managers, and other delivery resources; build a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, planning, development, calibration, and succession planning.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for auditor performance, technical competence, delivery quality, customer experience, and professional conduct, while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvement by aligning resources with demand and growth; monitor performance and implement scalable processes and tools.
