Job summary

DNV is seeking a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead North America ICT delivery. You will oversee auditors, technical experts, and project managers, ensuring safe, on-time delivery aligned with accreditation and client commitments.

You will drive audit quality, capacity planning, and service development while shaping a scalable delivery organization across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in ICT delivery or assurance.
• Experience leading audit delivery functions and multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America with accountability for capacity, audit quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services; oversee audits and complex technical matters.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, recruit and develop staff, and optimize delivery processes.
