Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations, including multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce; willingness to learn existing billing logic and processes.
• Demonstrated experience owning SOX controls for billing/OTC in a public company environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements and efficient processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across contract setups, invoice generation, and adjustments, ensuring payment application and reconciliation across geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures focused on completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across all cycles.
• Design scalable billing processes with defined controls to meet business models and regulatory requirements; manage SOX controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing OTC team across geographies; drive cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Strategy, IT, Product, and Finance Systems.
• Leverage AI and systems to enhance OTC functions across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems to streamline billing operations and improve scalability.
