Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to design and run global billing operations across revenue streams. You will drive accuracy, completeness, and scalability of billing processes, leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work and support rapid growth.

You will partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, and Product to implement standards, controls, and SOX compliance while leading a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations with people management experience
• Deep expertise in global billing operations across geographies & revenue streams
• Strong knowledge of billing process design, controls, and scalable frameworks
• Hands-on with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing/OTC in a public company; willingness to learn AI tools for OTC improvements

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams
• Establish global billing standards, procedures, and controls for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Ensure billing processes support complex deals, multi-element arrangements, and evolving monetization models
• Lead governance for AR and month-end close, reconciliations, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, Product, and Finance to ensure scalable, automated billing
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing OTC team across multiple geographies
