Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Ops/OTC/Revenue Ops across geographies.
• 3+ years in people management and leadership roles.
• Experience with global multi-currency and multi-entity billing.
• Proficiency with Zuora Billing and Salesforce; audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Design scalable billing processes with defined controls and regular reviews.
• Lead SOX controls for billing; ensure audit-ready processes.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline billing across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems.
