Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of global billing operations across all revenue streams. You will ensure completeness, accuracy, and scalability of billing processes while maintaining strong internal controls.

The role requires deep billing systems expertise, process-architecture mindset, and collaboration across multiple geographies and product lines. AI-enabled automation is emphasized for efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations
• Deep expertise in global billing operations across multiple geographies and revenue streams
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing and Salesforce
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC in a public company
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements and scalable processing

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and billing adjustments
• Establish global billing standards and procedures for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Ensure billing processes support complex deal structures and multi-element arrangements
• Own governance of AR operations and contribute to month-end close and reconciliations
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline billing across Zuora, Salesforce, and related systems
