Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global billing operations across all revenue streams. This role drives completeness, accuracy, and scalability of billing processes while maintaining strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate combines billing systems expertise with a process-architecture mindset and the ability to leverage AI and automation.

Qualifications

10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations, incl. people mgmt
Deep expertise in global billing ops across geographies and revenue streams
Experience owning SOX controls for billing/OTC in a public company
Experience with AI tools to drive improvements in billing
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership in high-growth SaaS environments

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end global billing operations incl. contract setup, invoicing, adjustments, payment application, reconciliation
Establish global billing standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Support complex deal structures, multi-element arrangements, and evolving monetization models
Governance of AR operations and participation in month-end close and reconciliations
Evolve scalable billing processes with defined controls and SOX readiness
Leverage AI and systems to enhance billing across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent platforms
Partner with Revenue, Legal, Deal Strategy, IT, Product, and Finance to ensure scalable, accurate billing flows
Lead and mentor a high-performing OTC team across geographies
