You will hunter new logos, cultivate executive-level relationships, and position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner focused on digital, data, and AI initiatives. The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, leading complex deals, and collaborating with EPAM's alliance and technology partner teams to win high-value

Qualifications

• Track record closing new business with $2B+ in sales.
• Established network among consumer goods, retail, and travel executives.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite.
• Deep understanding of tech trends and consultative selling approaches.

Responsibilities

• Work as an individual contributor to bring in new business and logos for EPAM.
• Procure, process, and close net new accounts.
• Build a pipeline and proactive plan to drive new business for EPAM.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
• Build, execute, and refine account and pursuit plans.
• Develop internal networks with key stakeholders and learn EPAM value propositions.
• Identify and win business consulting and technology services deals.
• Collaborate with tech partners and EPAM's alliance team to win business.
• Lead EPAM's sales pursuits to secure new business.
• Qualify and drive complex RFP/RFI responses.
• Stay current on trends in Consumer Goods, Retail & Travel for omnichannel and AI-driven strategies.
• Develop deep expertise across Consumer Goods, Retail & Travel to position EPAM as partner of choice.
