Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights to deliver data-driven insights supporting franchise strategy and performance tracking. The role conducts secondary data analytics, supports primary market research, and translates findings into actionable recommendations across a matrixed org.

The position requires strong analytics skills, experience with pharma datasets, and collaboration with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams to optimize customer experiences

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, and/or prescriber data.
• Strong proficiency with primary market research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
• Proficiency with analytics, visualization, and querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS).
• Experience with healthcare datasets (IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims data).
• Demonstrated structured problem solving and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary data analytics and synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning and lifecycle strategy.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research for HCPs, HCOs, patients, payers.
• Translate research findings into clear implications for brand strategy and execution; communicate to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for ongoing performance monitoring.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to deliver integrated insights and improve processes.
