Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as claims, EHR/EMR, and payer data.
• Strong proficiency with primary market research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
• Proficiency with analytics, visualization, and querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS).
• Experience with pharma or healthcare datasets (IQVIA, patient claims, etc.).
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to translate questions into practical analytics.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research across HCPs, payers, and patients.
• Integrate primary and secondary data insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
• Interpret and communicate research findings to cross-functional stakeholders with clear implications.
• Perform strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses.
