Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics and data strategy within pharma or healthcare.
• 6-8 years managing high-performing analytics teams.
• Deep knowledge of customer insights, data ecosystems and advanced analytics.
• Experience in regulated environments; rare or specialty disease knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Oversee delivery of decision-ready insights across customers (HCPs, patients, payers).
• Guide team development and mentor analytics professionals.
• Manage vendor relationships and external collaborations.
• Collaborate with senior commercial, medical and market access leaders to ensure insights drive customer experience and portfolio growth.
