Jazz Pharmaceuticals in San Diego seeks a Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights to drive data-driven insights that support franchise strategy, performance tracking, and informed business decisions across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams.

You will design secondary data analyses, oversee primary market research, and translate findings into actionable recommendations, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy).
• Strong proficiency with primary market research methods (qualitative & quantitative).
• Proficiency with analytics, visualization, and querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
• Experience with pharma or healthcare datasets (IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims).
• Structured problem-solving skills and ability to translate questions into analytical solutions.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, media/omnichannel).
• Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning and lifecycle strategy.
• Apply advanced data analytics techniques, including segmentation, to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for ongoing brand performance monitoring.
• Support data quality and alignment across data sources and outputs.
