Job summary

You will partner with Global Capability Owners, manage budgets, drive capability development, and ensure alignment with Jazz objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
- 12+ years in customer analytics, market research, or insights roles.
- 5 years in pharma with global scope and impact.
- 6-8 years of leadership and people development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics and insights capabilities to enable faster, data-driven decisions.
- Develop and mentor Team Leads with clear decision rights and accountability.
- Oversee Analytics & Insights teams across franchises, functions and regions.
- Partner with leadership on budgets, talent, and capability development.
- Define and govern maturation of capabilities for standardization and scale.
- Manage strategic vendor partners and drive high-quality insights.
