Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Customer Analytics & Insights to lead a global team delivering integrated, decision-ready customer and market insights across HCPs, patients, payers, and markets. This role informs strategy, guides execution, and improves CX and business performance.

You will partner with Global Capability Owners, manage budgets, drive capability development, and ensure alignment with Jazz objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
• 12+ years in customer analytics, market research, or insights roles.
• 5 years in pharma with global scope and impact.
• 6-8 years of leadership and people development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics and insights capabilities to enable faster, data-driven decisions.
• Develop and mentor Team Leads with clear decision rights and accountability.
• Oversee Analytics & Insights teams across franchises, functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, talent, and capability development.
• Define and govern maturation of capabilities for standardization and scale.
• Manage strategic vendor partners and drive high-quality insights.
