Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights to deliver data-driven insights for franchise strategy and performance tracking. You will conduct secondary data analyses, support primary market research, and translate findings into actionable recommendations across HCPs, payers, and patients.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as claims and EHR/EMR.
• Strong proficiency with qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools in pharmaceutical settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary data analytics to support franchise strategy and performance tracking.
• Design and execute primary market research with HCPs, payers, and patients.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for brand strategy.
• Develop standardized dashboards and reports for ongoing performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams.
