You will synthesize findings from secondary data and primary research, translating insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in primary market research (qualitative and quantitative)
• Proficiency with analytics/visualization/querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS)
• Experience with healthcare/pharma datasets (IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims data)
• Structured problem-solving to translate questions into analytical solutions
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, etc.)
• Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning and lifecycle strategy
• Apply advanced analytics and segmentation to identify patterns and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools for ongoing performance monitoring
• Support data quality and alignment across sources and outputs
• Design and execute primary market research to understand needs across customer types
• Integrate primary and secondary insights for a comprehensive customer view
• Communicate findings and implications to stakeholders for strategy and execution
• Perform strategic market/competitive/ landscape analyses
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to deliver integrated insights
• Work with data strategy/tech teams to align on data sources and methods
• Help develop standardized analytic frameworks to improve efficiency
• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and tools
