Job summary
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Analytics & Insights to lead global analytics capabilities across franchises and regions. You will translate complex data into clear implications for strategy, guide execution, and improve customer experience and business performance across HCPs, patients, payers, and markets.
You will report to the head of Customer Insights & Data and lead a team including Global Capability Owners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree requirement in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in customer analytics, market research, or insights roles.
- 5+ years in pharma with synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data for HCPs, patients, payers, and KOLs across global contexts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Customer Analytics & Insights capabilities across franchises, functions and regions.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and execution, informing decision-making across brands and regions.
- Develop and mentor team leads, manage resources, and oversee performance of Analytics & Insights and Global Reporting capabilities.
