Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. The role requires driving synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability across functions including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, ensuring that integrations deliver measurable business outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy and planning across all functions, including Day 1, 0–90, and 90–180 plans.
• Own and enforce the integration governance model and tollgate reviews.
• Drive end-to-end value realization and synergy tracking across cost, revenue, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional integration execution with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute integration communication strategies and manage stakeholder messaging.
• Support building and continuous improvement of the integration playbook, checklists, and dashboards.
• Act as primary interface to align functions towards integration goals and ensure accountability.
