Reworld seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions using a tollgate-based model. • 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead tollgate reviews with executive leadership and ensure accountability.
• Drive synergy tracking, dashboards, and cadence across functions.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute integration communication strategy and change management.
• Build and improve the integration playbook, templates, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure Day 1 readiness and continuity.
