Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC seeks an experienced Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, own synergy delivery, and establish repeatable integration capabilities aligned with operational excellence principles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Preferred: Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models.
• Preferred: Background in operational excellence systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern end-to-end integration plans aligned with deal value drivers.
• Lead tollgate reviews and ensure clear decision rights and accountability.
• Own end-to-end synergy tracking, value realization, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Drive change management, communication, and culture integration during transitions.
• Contribute to building reusable integration playbooks, templates, and dashboards.
• Partner with leaders to maintain alignment between functional plans and enterprise objectives.
