Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead tollgate reviews with executive leadership and ensure accountability.
• Drive synergy delivery, risk management and a repeatable integration capability.
• Lead cross-functional integration execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute integration change management and communication strategies.
• Build and improve the integration playbook, tools, and dashboards.
• Interface with functional leaders to ensure ownership and enterprise alignment.
