Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. This role drives synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability within an operational excellence framework.

You will lead cross-functional integration efforts across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS, ensuring Day 1 readiness and sustainable business outcomes beyond task completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration governance and tollgate leadership.
• Own end-to-end synergy tracking and realization across functions.
• Develop and implement integration playbooks, dashboards, and reporting cadences.
