Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. This role drives synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing (preferred).
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models (preferred).
• Background in operational excellence systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: align priorities with deal value drivers and establish Day 1, 0-90, 90-180 plans across functions.
• Integration Governance & Tollgate Leadership: own governance model, lead tollgate reviews, ensure clear decision rights and cadence.
• Value Realization & Synergy Delivery: own end-to-end synergy tracking and value initiatives across functions.
• Cross-Functional Integration Execution: lead across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Change Management & Communication: develop and execute integration communication, manage culture and engagement.
• Integration Capability Building: improve integration playbook, tools, checklists, dashboards; capture lessons learned.
• Stakeholder Management: align functions toward goals, foster ownership, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
