Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, ensuring integrations deliver tangible business outcomes beyond task completion, with the goal of creating lasting value for the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end integration governance and tollgate leadership across acquisitions.
• Lead synergy delivery and risk management with a cross-functional team.
• Establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness, 0-90 and 90-180 integration plans across functions.
• Develop and execute integration communication and change-management plans.
• Build and maintain integration playbooks, templates, and dashboards.
• Partner with functions to ensure ownership, accountability and enterprise alignment.
