Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive cross-functional integration efforts, own synergy delivery and risk management, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Preferred: experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models.
• Background in operational excellence systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts and synergy delivery with risk management.
• Establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with excellence principles.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to deliver business outcomes.
• Lead integration strategy, planning, and Day 1 to 180 plans.
• Manage integration governance, tollgate reviews, and accountability structures.
• Drive change management and communication to minimize disruption.
