Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions, driving synergy delivery and risk management through a tollgate-based framework.

This role operates at strategic and execution levels, guiding cross‑functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, EHS) and ensuring Day 1 readiness and sustained value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional integrations in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration governance across acquisitions and tollgate-based integration model.
• Lead integration governance & tollgate reviews with executive leadership; ensure decision rights and accountability.
• Own end-to-end synergy tracking and realization (cost, revenue, operational improvements).
• Lead cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute change management and communication plans to minimize disruption.
• Build and improve the integration playbook, checklists, templates, and dashboards.
• Act as primary interface to align functions towards integration goals and drive ownership.
