Reworld seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive cross-functional integration efforts, ownership of synergy delivery, and a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

Operating at strategic and execution levels, you will ensure integrations deliver tangible business outcomes, manage Day 1 readiness and tollgate reviews, and shape change management and communication plans

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

• Own end-to-end integration governance and tollgate leadership across acquisitions and synergies.
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts, with accountability for value delivery and risk management.
• Establish and maintain a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and ongoing integration cadence across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, EHS).
• Develop and execute change management and communication plans to minimize disruption during integrations.
• Support building and improving integration playbooks, templates, and dashboards; capture lessons learned.
