Job summary

Reworld is seeking an accomplished Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage synergy delivery, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

You’ll operate at strategic and execution levels, ensuring Day 1 readiness and durable business outcomes across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
