Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance, value realization, and cross-functional execution across acquisitions. The role focuses on driving synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

The position operates at strategic and execution levels, ensuring that integrations deliver meaningful business outcomes beyond mere task completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end integration governance and tollgate leadership.
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts and synergy delivery.
• Establish and maintain value realization dashboards and cadence.
• Manage Day 1 readiness and 0–180 day integration plans across functions.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and risk management across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial.
