Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions, using a tollgate-based integration model.

You will lead cross-functional integration efforts across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS, owning synergy delivery, risk management, and the development of a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate reviews across acquisitions.
• Own synergy tracking, risk management, and value realization initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and enforce the integration cadence and decision rights.
• Support Day 1 readiness, 0–90, and 90–180 integration plans across functions.
• Build and improve the integration playbook, tools, checklists, and dashboards.
• Interface with functional leaders to ensure ownership and accountability.
