You will lead cross-functional integration efforts, own synergy delivery, and manage risks, establishing a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

This role operates at strategic and execution levels, ensuring integrations deliver tangible business outcomes rather than mere task completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Own synergy delivery and risk management.
• Establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to deliver business outcomes.
