Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions, ensuring disciplined execution through a tollgate-based integration model.

You will drive synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS to deliver measurable business outcomes and value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate-based reviews.
• Own synergy delivery, value realization, and risk management.
• Build and maintain a repeatable integration capability with dashboards and playbooks.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute change management and communication plans for integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure ownership, accountability, and alignment to enterprise objectives.
• Support Day 1 readiness and ongoing operational continuity during integrations.
