Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. Remote US (Eastern/Central Time) with in-office Virginia/ Richmond options or fully remote for Eastern/Central time residents.

You will govern LTC models, data flows, and controls to ensure compliance with company, industry, and actuarial standards. Expect involvement with valuation, projections, and experience analyses while coordinating with multiple teams.

• Actuarial governance and controllership expertise required.
• Experience with valuation, projections, and experience analysis.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC models and processes.
