Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. Remote US (Eastern/Central Time) with in-office options in Virginia residency areas. You will govern LTC model controls and support valuation, projections, and data analysis across multiple teams.

You should have ~5+ years actuarial experience, a relevant degree, and an FSA or ASA, with strong analytical and project-management skills to drive accurate governance and timely results.

Competenze

• Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• ~5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably with LTC insurance.
• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
• Participate in model governance to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Support the valuation, projections, and experience analysis teams as needed.
