Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team working remotely in the US (Eastern/Central Time). You will govern LTC models and processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance with standards.

The role focuses on valuation, projections, data analytics, and model governance for the LTC actuarial function, collaborating with operations and IT, and supporting peer reviews and improvements.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years actuarial experience, preferably LTC insurance.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections and actuarial processes.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
