Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. You will governance LTC models, data, and controls, ensuring compliance with company and professional standards. Your focus includes valuation, projections, and experience analyses across multiple groups.

Role requires deep actuarial knowledge, collaboration with IT and operations, and ability to manage competing priorities in a flexible remote environment within Eastern/Central time zones.

Competenze

• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably with LTC insurance.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience in actuarial processes.
• Results oriented, accountable for performance, with ownership of projects.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
