Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. The role focuses on governance of LTC models, data, and controls, with emphasis on valuation, projections, and experience analysis.

Work will involve collaboration with cross‑functional teams and ensuring adherence to standards. Remote US options available, with in‑office consideration in Virginia and surrounding states.

Competenze

• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years actuarial experience, preferably with LTC insurance.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of actuarial processes: valuation, projections, and experience.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high‑risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
