Job summary

Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team in a remote US setting (Eastern/Central Time). The role focuses on governance of LTC models, data flows, and controls to ensure compliance with standards.

You will work with valuation, projections, and experience teams, provide peer reviews, and collaborate with operations and IT to strengthen controls and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years actuarial experience, preferably in Long Term Care (LTC).
• Ability to meet project deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience analysis.
• Results oriented and ownership driven.

Responsibilities

• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
