Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary for Controllership Oversight. Remote US (Eastern/Central Time) with in-office Richmond, VA option for Virginia residents. You will govern LTC models, data flows, and controls to ensure compliance with standards.

Primary focus on valuation and inforce rate actions, expanding to projections and experience analyses. You will review controls, collaborate with IT and Operations, and support peer reviews across actuarial processes.

Competenze

• BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance or related field.
• Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) or ASA with commensurate experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Results oriented with ownership mindset.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration systems and data issues.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
• Support the model governance team in completing peer reviews and related analyses.
