Get Logistics Priority, a prominent national freight broker specializing in drayage and logistics solutions for shippers and freight forwarders, is recruiting a Senior Sales Executive. This role focuses on growing our business by cultivating relationships and promoting transportation services.

The position covers the full sales cycle—from cold calling and negotiation to onboarding—requiring excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and solid industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales in transportation or logistics.
• Proven success in meeting new business acquisition goals.
• Strong understanding of FTL and LTL modes of transportation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• CRM proficiency in major platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business revenue by selling customized logistics solutions (FTL/LTL) to shippers.
• Proactively identify and secure new customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with new leads and opportunities.
• Manage current client relationships and foster account retention and growth.
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal operations to design, price, and implement tailored supply chain solutions.
