Alpha Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to drive revenue in a fully remote role. You will leverage an active book of business, grow partnerships, and work with operations and carrier sales to deliver best-in-class service.

Expect a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential and uncapped commissions. You will own your pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and demonstrate deep knowledge of the U.S. freight market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transportation brokerage or 3PL sales.
• Active, portable book of business with ability to transition customers in 60-90 days.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow your book of business by leveraging existing relationships and expanding customer partnerships.
• Drive revenue and margin by setting competitive rates and optimizing profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
