Job summary

Express Family Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced logistics sales professional to grow customer accounts and close new opportunities. You’ll identify freight opportunities, run meetings, and partner with operations to deliver reliable service.

The ideal candidate has proven logistics sales or account management experience, an existing book of business is a plus, and a strong background in FTL, expedite, or ground transportation.

Qualifications

• Proven logistics sales or account management experience
• An existing book of business or established relationships is a plus, but not required
• Strong background in FTL, expedite, or ground transportation
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
• Strong understanding of freight pricing, margins, and customer needs
• Self-driven, competitive, and relationship-focused

Responsibilities

• Identifying additional freight opportunities within your current network and utilizing prospecting tools such as Zoominfo & Hubspot
• Run meetings and close new opportunities
• Creating strategies to grow gross margin and account profitability
• Partnering closely with operations to deliver reliable service
• Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted logistics partner
