Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals, from first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic, multi-location senior living accounts and large groups you open and close yourself.

The seat carries a $2M annual quota with leads provided by our sales development team and inbound inquiries.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
