Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. You will close complex opportunities across many communities, with inbound and SDI support feeding qualified meetings.

Lead full cycle negotiations with owners and regional operators, expanding services as groups sign. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ yearly multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record in senior living or multi-location buyer segments.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large multi-location deals.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
