Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location opportunities with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, often with long consultative cycles.

In this individual contributor role, you will manage a high-value $2M annual quota, work remotely within the US or Canada, and expand deals across locations as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close large deals in multi-location environments.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close across 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts to add locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft winning proposals.
