Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. This independent contributor role works remote across the USA or Canada, targeting senior living operators with many communities.

You will close multi-location groups, expanding locations and services as groups sign. The seat carries an annual quota of $2M with no direct reports, focusing on high-impact, strategic accounts and a long, consultative sales

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location contexts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at table.
• Expand into more locations and services after a signed group is acquired.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for major deals.
