Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals across the US and Canada. You will close high-value opportunities, navigate multi-stakeholder discussions with owners and regional operators, and drive expansion across locations and services.

You will work remotely as an individual contributor, with a focus on strategic, high-impact wins and no management responsibilities. Experience with senior living or multi-location buyers is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual revenue.
• Experience selling to multi-location senior living groups or similar buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
• Preference for closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to build persuasive proposals for key deals.
